3. Product features
Effectively prevent samples from accumulating on the prism and affect the accuracy of the measurement data. It is recommended to use the online ultrasonic cleaner YK-2530 to clean the adsorbate on the prism surface of the refractometer.

4. Product precautions
· Please use a DC 24V power supply, pay attention to the polarity, and the fluctuation of the power supply voltage should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage.
· In order to ensure the stability of the analog output, please connect the shielded wire or the shell ground)
· For long-distance transmission (>5 meters), please try to use RS485 digital signal transmission.
· Do not measure samples whose temperature exceeds 60°C
· The withstand pressure of the probe detection surface should not exceed 0.6Mpa
· Avoid sharp objects from touching the probe detection surface
· Do not place the probe in a place subject to strong vibration
· Whether it is a pipeline measurement method or a box measurement method, do not install the detection surface of the probe downward
· Do not install in direct sunlight or where the temperature may rise
· The ambient temperature of the probe is 5～60℃
· Do not place heavy objects on the probe
· When the probe is not in use, avoid the detection surface being covered by the solution
· If the detection prism is easily contaminated by the solution, please install an automatic cleaning device
