YK-RT01 Solvent Degassing Instrument is used to degas the solvent, which can realize the online degassing of the solvent, with high efficiency, good effect, easy use and convenient maintenance. The whole system adopts single-stage degassing, the filter pore size can reach 0.1μm~0.2μm, and the removal rate can reach 85%. Adopt brushless motor vacuum pump, small size, low noise, vacuum degree up to 98KPa, and equipped with high-precision, digital sensor, real-time monitoring of vacuum pump and air leakage prompt function.

1. Product introduction

The whole system adopts matrix 316L stainless steel PTC heater, equipped with flow sensor and overheating protection switch, the power of the whole machine is 3500W, and it can use ordinary 10A socket, which is safe and reliable.After the degassing is completed, just rinse with 2L of pure water to remove the solvent without residue.
